How does room scanning work?

Open Design in the app and choose Scan a Room. Point your iPhone camera around the space; Arqen uses LiDAR to build an editable floor plan you can move straight into design.

What is Arqen Vision Pass?

Vision Pass is our premium subscription. It unlocks unlimited saved designs, full design history, lot-accurate AR previews, and a discount toward your project when you build with Arqen. Manage or cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings.

Do you build outside Toronto?

We currently serve Toronto and the greater GTA. Reach out and we'll let you know if we can take on your project.

I found a bug or the app crashed.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account in the app, or email info@arqenhause.com and we'll take care of it.
