Arqen Haus Corp. ("Arqen," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Arqen mobile application (the "App") and provides construction, renovation, and related design services (the "Services") in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have, whether you interact with us through the App, our website at arqenhause.com, by phone, or in person as a construction client.
By using the App, our website, or engaging Arqen for construction or design services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or our Services.
Account information. Name, email address, phone number, mailing/billing address, and profile details you provide when you create an account, including via Sign in with Apple.
Project and design data. Room and lot scans (including LiDAR scan data), floor plans, 3D designs, saved projects, photos and videos you upload, blueprints, material and finish selections, and any files you share with your project team.
Construction and contracting records. If you engage Arqen for a renovation, custom build, pool, landscaping, or other construction project, we collect information necessary to quote, contract, permit, schedule, and build your project, including property address and details, site surveys, permit applications and municipal filings, contractor and subcontractor assignments, change orders, project timelines and milestones, invoices, payment and deposit records, and warranty or service history.
Location. Approximate or precise location, used to show local weather, nearby land listings, to preview designs on your actual lot in AR, and to coordinate site visits and deliveries for active construction projects. You control location access in your device settings.
Camera and photo library. Used for LiDAR room and lot scanning, AR preview, and uploading photos or videos for your projects, site documentation, and progress updates. Camera and photo access only occurs when you actively use these features.
Messages and communications. Content you send through in-app chat with your project manager, contractor, or design lead, and any communications with Arqen Support by phone, email, or in person.
Financing and consultation requests. Information you submit when booking a consultation or requesting financing options, which we may share with third-party lenders or partners at your request.
Device and usage information. Device type, operating system, app version, unique device identifiers, push notification token, IP address, and general usage/analytics data to keep the App working, secure, and improving.
Payment information. Vision Pass subscription purchases are processed by Apple and our subscription provider (RevenueCat); we do not store your full payment card details. Construction project payments, deposits, and invoices may be processed through third-party payment processors or directly with Arqen, and we retain records of amounts, dates, and payment status as required for accounting and legal purposes.

We retain account and app usage data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. For construction projects, we retain contracts, permits, invoices, warranty records, and related project documentation for the period required by applicable law, professional standards, warranty terms, and our insurance requirements, which may extend well beyond project completion. You can request deletion of account and app data at any time, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
The App and our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access controls on our backend, and restricted access to project and financial records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@arqenhause.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated through the App or our website where appropriate.
